Watch This Space marked Rikkai's first digital, site specific duet and served as the launch of Rhythmflow in August 2016. Orginally created for film, the piece was later supported by Artists 4 Artists' work-in-progress showcase at Redbridge Drama Centre, and went on to be feautured in Heritage: A User's Manual Festival at Southbank Centre, as well as a double bill performance at the Bermuda Festival 2020.

In this playful and inventive work, the dancers engage with the ground and surrounding objects, tranforming everyday items into instruments of rhythm and movement. Watch This Space blurs the line between environment and choreography offering a creative dialogue between body, space, and sound.
