SENSE

SENSE is a powerful exploration of how the human sense adapt and intensify in the absence of sight. Inspired by the heightened awareness often experienced by individuals who are blind - such as an acute sensitivity to sound - this full-length production fuses tap and contemporary movement into a unique and full accessible performance. Audience are invited on an emotional and immersive journey, experiencing a rhythmical sensory world unlike any other.

Originally conceived by Rikkai during R&D in Summer 2018 and showcased at Resolution 2018, the piece received critical acclaim during its intial tour. Now, Rhythmflow returns to the studio to deepen the choreographic language and character development of SENSE

SENSE is funded by Arts Council England, Bermuda Arts Council and Bermuda Cultural Affairs and supported by DanceEast, FABRIC, Theatre Deli, Chisenhale Dance Space and Centre 151
